Lisa Amaya Price

Lisa Amaya Price is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Amaya Price joined Deciphera in 2022 and has over 20 years of experience with a strong track record of developing human resource strategies and leading talent recruitment, selection, and development in the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Deciphera, she served as Chief People Officer for LGC where she led the organization’s human resource function and established a scalable HR Operating Model with regional shared services and centers of expertise in total rewards, talent acquisition, and talent development. Before joining LGC, Ms. Amaya Price held multiple human resource leadership positions at Scholar Rock, Takeda, and Biogen. Ms. Amaya Price received her B.A. from Bard College, M.A. from Simmons College, and M.B.A. from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
